You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that the company is known for. Key responsibilities include: Lead and manage all field operations for the $70 million podium project, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Supervise and direct a team of subcontractors, laborers, and field personnel, ensuring they adhere to project plans and safety protocols. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep the project on track. Maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and delays are minimized. Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance with codes, and safety regulations. Act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Manage the daily logistics of the construction site, including materials delivery, equipment, and personnel. Requirements Experience : At least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects. Prior experience in podium construction or similar mixed-use/commercial projects is highly preferred. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Certifications : OSHA 30-Hour Certification is required. Additional certifications, such as LEED, are a plus. Skills : Strong leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders efficiently. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
