General Purpose of Job: The Director CPG Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth for Quad’s In-Store Connect media network for client by securing advertising partnerships with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. The individual will work closely with client’s merchandising and digital teams to create and execute in store digital media programming. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales strategy for the In Store Connect media network, working with designated grocery client, targeting CPG brands to maximize advertising revenue. Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run the product for the highest quality in the safest manner. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Must be able to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product. Be able to perform work-related math functions (which include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Experience with Goss Perfect Binders is highly desirable . We will consider all candidates who have Gather experience. Our compressed work schedule is geared toward balancing work and family life. You will work 3 to 4, 12-hour days a week with opportunities for overtime (OT paid after 40 hours per week). There are two shifts; 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. -7 a.m. which will include weekends and holidays, working 3-4 days per week. Overtime is always a possibility but not guaranteed.
