We are seeking a Diesel Truck / Equipment Repair Mobile Mechanic Technicians to perform services on heavy duty trucks and equipment at customer facility. We are an established maintenance service company in Odessa, TX. Duties of the Diesel-Heavy Duty Truck / Equipment Mechanic may include: Perform diagnostics, trouble shooting and put together repair plans. Computer diagnostic experience a plus but not mandatory. DOT inspections understanding a plus but not mandatory. Evaluate Performance of all drive train component work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks, steering systems. Ability to install, adjust or align brakes, and wheels and wheel components such as bearings and air brake and valve systems to diagnose and repair braking and valve systems Knowledge of air brake and valve systems to diagnose and repair braking and valve systems Knowledge of vehicle body control systems including electronics, AC and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance on all units as scheduled Other tasks as assigned Types of Equipment : Light/Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks Diesel Engines, Frac Engines, Transmissions and Fuel Systems Generators, 12/24 Volt vehicle electrical systems.
