The work of this department is critical in our efforts to find compliance challenges and identify areas of risk so that we can fix them. The main functions of this department are identifying areas of compliance risk and opportunities to mitigate those risks, including through incident reporting and investigations, overseeing Electric Operations and Power Generation CAP, and validating the controls on the organization. Position Summary PG&E is seeking an experienced business professional to lead the new Electric Compliance Assurance Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Team. The team is responsible to increasing our compliance maturity as it relates to FERC within electric operations. As the Senior Manager of Electric Compliance Assurance FERC, you will stand up, or continue to stand up, and oversee this new team. With deep technical, regulatory, and operational expertise, you bring a structured approach to provide oversight of functional area compliance maturity for FERC. Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Director, Electric Investigations Job Responsibilities and Expectations Direct holistic multi-year strategy for risk strategies, models and methodologies. Stand up new Electric Compliance Assurance FERC team and transition to steady-state. Ensure framework for implementing tools and processes to improve quality and timeliness of reports/deliverables. Determine most effective department metrics to measure performance against annual or longer-term goals and objectives for time bound projects or ongoing operational work. Regularly presents department scorecard to senior management and adjusts based on business needs. Develop/refine scope and process of team, including how to prioritize scope. Manage team to investigate areas of interest for FERC Compliance, which may include working with PG&Es Legal team. Perform technical review of investigation reports of varying risk. Manage team to prepare Apparent Cause Evaluations (ACEs), Workgroup Evaluations (WGEs), or similar, including identifying corrective actions and gaining consensus with senior leadership to mitigate risk. Manage team to identify and summarize compliance risk concerns, including forecasting potential Notices of Violation (NOVs), self-reports, or equivalent. Manage team to prepare and submit responses to data requests. Prepare and present summary of findings and risk to PG&E to senior and executive leaders. Responsible for the regulatory compliance of the department’s programs. Work with regulators and other internal LOBs to ensure department meets regulatory rule changes, updating supporting processes as appropriate. Position Summary CET’s Strategy and Policy (S&P) team creates, tests, and advocates for evidence-based clean energy transportation solutions by spearheading pilot projects, policy frameworks, tailored customer offerings, and stakeholder engagement. Our team develops, iterates, and executes on PG&E’s strategy to connect 3 million electric vehicles (EV) to the grid by 2030 and enabling at least 550 MW of flexible load from VGI applications. Job Specific Duties Checks patient chart or prescription to guarantee proper exam is performed. Coordinates MRI exams with other departments and doctors' offices. Documents all the required information in patient log book and patient scan sheet. Exercises extreme care and caution while obtaining medical history and reason for examination in order to promote patient safety and avoid damage to MRI equipment. Clinical Operations Coord. Rehab - Miramar (Full Time, Days)

Description Job Summary Provides assistance with patient care. Supports access to care operations and operational duties for rehab department. Utilizes infection control policies to routinely maintain cleanliness of equipment and toys. Supports daily operations to include but not limited to: ordering and organizing of supplies, charge reconciliation, and scanning of documents into the medical record. Job Specific Duties Assists with communication to patients and caregivers with explaining process for evaluation and treatment. Faxes/mails/receives and monitors Plan of Care “POC” for evaluations, re-evaluation, and additional treatment. Responsible for tracking, logging, and following-up on POCs with doctors’ offices and/or patients/caregivers. Monitors & assists with patient transfers including queue management, review of records, collaboration with patient access & clinical team, & responding to request (approval or denial of transfer). Responsible for daily charge reconciliation including daily review, monitoring, and follow-up to address any misses or corrections. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and scanning of patient documents into the EMR while following HIM requirements. Responsible for following the discharge process of patients accounts. Supports in confirming patient appointments and handles any follow up questions in an effort to minimize patient no-shows. Supports PEDS scheduling via CRM (or comparable tool) and same day rescheduling changes. Coordinates care and supports billing process of Early Steps patients through communication with Early Steps, Pre-Access, and Clinical team and adheres to Early Steps requirements based on region requirements and standard works. Assists Clinical Team with patient care activities as directed. Ensures that clean sweeps are completed and submitted accordingly to hospital requirements. Follows procedures in maintaining environment of care of designated equipment and keeps treatment area clean, organized, and orderly. Orders and ensures rooms are properly stocked with linen for patient care. Ensures/maintains cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment; maintains equipment/cleaning logs as per cleaning guidelines. F: Daily/ T: 2 hours R: Reports unsafe equipment or conditions to leaders or Operations Team upon discovery. Assists in recovery and ordering new equipment. Follows process for corrective action. Monitors inventory and ensures adequate stock for both treatment and office supplies. Supports other centers as needed to ensure rehab operations continue. Ensures that standard work is followed to ensure success of daily operations.
