Bi-weekly Travel Home Above Market Per Diems Job Details The Traveling Superintendent (Restaurant/Retail) is responsible for overseeing all phases of tenant improvement construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for tenant improvement buildouts. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project team members to maintain smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications. Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Travel frequently to assigned job sites as required. Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on tenant improvement or commercial interior projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices. Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple phases of construction. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
