SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Manager to join our Data Center Group to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout phases of a project. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Responsible for facilitating and managing project collaboration and integrated delivery activities for construction teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms Provide supervision and oversight of group’s integrated construction team Provide meaningful input towards improving the project’s, and the group’s, ability to capture and deploy lessons learned and best practices. Contribute towards further developing and improving upon the group’s VDC Playbook. Coordinate alongside project leadership, design team members, and preconstruction services (i.e. estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization, etc.) Oversee the production and management of 3D and 4D models Establish the scope of work for projects Establish the schedule and deliverables for integrated delivery services Oversee construction coordination Communicate model generated information to project team Capture, manage and communicate reality capture data and status visualizations Implement 3D technology during construction Participate in the research and development of new technologies Lead or be involved in internal training Develop, modify and/or update project BIM, typically in support of our self-performed scope of work and/or to fill gaps in modelling scope necessary for 3D coordination. Attend, participate, and present at external and internal BIM/VDC related conferences and meetings. Manage others and may lead to leadership in other areas and settings within the group and/or larger Mortenson IDAT community. Provide support to the group, and program, beyond current physical and assigned geographic location.
