Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnostics, installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities. This position does require residential & commercial experience to be considered. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to determine the best course of action Repair or replace defective parts or components Test system performance using specialized tools and equipment Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning, and refrigeration systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Perform proper inspection of customer systems to prevent future issues Explain to customers each service and repair performed. Wear floor savers while working in client homes. Inspect area for cleanliness after job completion. Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out. Assess systems and assist the customer in making a buying decision through detailed education of system needs as well as a thorough cost/benefit analysis of purchasing a new system. Performing energy-efficiency upgrades, like installing smart thermostats or sealing duct Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls Must be able to apply duties to both commercial and residential properties Experience: - Minimum of 2 years (required) of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field is a must to be considered for this position. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration principles Sheetmetal ductwork experience.
