Job Description Job Description Pediatric LPN Opportunities – New Hartford, CT | $40/hr Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in New Hartford and surrounding Litchfield County towns , including Torrington, Winsted, and Canton. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are confident in pediatric care and looking for flexible, consistent per diem work in a supportive home care setting. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred. We offer a range of cases with daytime and overnight shifts (6–12 hours) , allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.
