Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry. Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M. Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable. Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution. Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets. Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
