This position will apply deep technical knowledge of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure consistent interpretation and application of compliance program maturity standards across Electric Compliance sub-functions and key partner teams. The Expert partners closely with the Manager of Compliance Strategy and other leaders to evaluate compliance maturity performance, perform gap analyses to identify gaps and develop mitigation plans, and to support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools that enable the organization and coworkers to conduct business in compliance with applicable standards, laws & regulations, and/or to identify, manage, and mitigate operational risk. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $126,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $163,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $200,000.00 Minimum Base Salary (California) $120,000.00 Mid Base Salary (California) $155,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (California) $190,000.00 Responsibilities * Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to Electric sub-functions to strengthen and mature the compliance program and improve performance; * Develop innovative tools and solutions to support/improve compliance program maturity * Assess Electric sub-function compliance programs * Perform compliance validation activities and testing controls for design and operating effectiveness * Supports the development and implementation of Electric's Compliance Controls Program by providing expert advisory support to cross-functional partners (operations, engineering, SMEs, compliance support teams) to strengthen controls, evidence capture, process consistency, and develop compliance metrics * Leads or supports maintaining a complete and accurate inventory of regulatory requirements, including identifying requirement owners, and mapping requirement to guidance documents, controls, and trainings * Performs and oversees analysis of compliance metrics, evidence, and documentation to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement * Develops and/or supports maintenance of guidance documents, procedures, templates, and job aids that support compliance maturity * Identifies new or changing regulatory, operational, or risk concerns that may impact maturity expectations and recommends updates to programs or tools * Conducts and supports compliance reviews with Electric sub-function leaders, facilitating compliance assessments and recommending corrective actions aligned to regulatory requirements and risk priorities * Prepares and delivers clear, executive-ready reports and briefings on compliance maturity performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement * Serves as a subject matter expert on compliance program maturity practices, supporting knowledge sharing/benchmarking across the organization * Evaluate and analyze regulatory requirement and internal commitment challenges to determine extent of condition and remediation efforts * Develop and present program challenges and program improvement recommendations to directors and officers * Works independently with minimal guidance on complex risk and compliance issues with critical impact * Develops and coordinates preparation of presentation materials for various levels of management up to and including senior vice president * Works autonomously with all levels of leadership (up to and including senior vice president) across functions to influence decisions around risk and compliance issues * Leads and develops materials for training and educating coworkers about compliance management principles; and * Assist with other compliance-related projects and activities as directed. Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy department and is accountable for workflow management, clinical management of patients, continuous quality improvement, adherence to policy and procedure, compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies, pharmacy sales, expense control and inventory management, and image through the accurate filling of prescriptions, and ensuring the highest level of customer service (including patients, providers, and pharmaceutical and payer partners), and developing and protecting department assets. Position Summary PG&E is seeking an experienced business professional to be a member of the Electric Compliance Assurance Team as an Incident Investigator. The Investigator will be responsible for investigating incidents or items of interest. The investigations could be of interest to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), or other areas of compliance risk to determine the cause and any corrective or preventive measures to mitigate reoccurrence.
