Analyzing, developing, and implementing Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators/benchmarking such as Falls, Pressure Ulcers, Medication Errors, Restraint Utilization, Re-hospitalization, Anti-psychotic utilization, ADL splits/documentation, etc. Collaborating with Staff Development Coordinator to ensure all required training and competency reviews are completed according to federal, state, and local regulations. Participating in clinical leadership meetings such as Wound Rounds, Clinical Operations Meeting, Utilization Review, and Performance Improvement/Risk Management/Safety (PI/RM/S) Committee Provides leadership and guidance during annual survey/complaint investigations as well as other regulatory audits/reviews What you will need Minimum 3 years’ experience as a RN on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or hospital) is required. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our Riderwood team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! As a LPN you are responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards. How you will make an impact Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first. Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary. Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs. Supervising and leading care associates Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders. Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc. Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader What you will need Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred. Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR certification required. A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate. RN- Nurse Supervisor

Location: Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor who is responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. Compensation : The range is $90,000-$110,000 annually. How you will make an impact Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, and memory care) to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing in all neighborhoods to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD. Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on the resident’s strengths while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances. Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy. What you will need Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
