Organizes, prepares and files a variety of corporate legal documents for transactions (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, Amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short‐form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports). Assists with formation of entities such as Corporations, LLCs, 501(c)(3). Prepare documents for transactions such as closing statements. Manages HighQ and Box data rooms and matter files. Handles signature packets in Docusign and SimplyAgree. Performs Blue Sky research and filings. Required Experience 10 years of substantive experience. Direct experience with Carta, Pulley, SEC EDGAR Next, Docusign, SimplyAgree and other related software. Direct experience performing Blue Sky research and filings.
