This role provides leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to clinical and administrative staff while supporting regional growth, maintaining compliance, and promoting best practices in service delivery. The Clinical Director should be able to competently perform the essential functions of various clinical roles (including behavior technician, senior behavior technician, case manager, and behavior analyst) as well as certain administrative responsibilities, as needed, to ensure continuity of services. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership * Provide direct BCBA supervision for clients requiring ongoing clinical oversight, as needed. * Deliver field-based and office-based supervision to behavior analysts and trainees pursuing certification requirements. * Mentor and train behavior analysts, case managers, and other clinical staff. * Meet regularly with clinical supervisors to review caseloads, treatment progress, documentation, and performance. * Review, edit, and complete initial assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. * Monitor clinical quality and ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical, professional, and funding source requirements. * Address client, caregiver, and staff concerns using sound clinical judgment and organizational policies. Regional Operations * Oversee client intake and onboarding processes within the assigned region. * Monitor client services to ensure continuity of care and high-quality outcomes. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff, including behavior technicians and supervisors. * Coordinate and oversee clinical training initiatives for regional staff. * Evaluate staff performance through regular observations and annual performance reviews. * Support quality improvement initiatives and employee engagement activities. * Assist with regional planning to support organizational growth and service expansion.
