About the Role Manufacturing careers that offer more: As a Primient Process Operator you will be a vital part of the team owning your part of the process. We have many different types of operator roles. For some jobs y ou will monitor equipment performance, perform preventative maintenance, run laboratory samples, and make adjustments to keep operations running safely and within specification. About the Role As a member of the Global Operation Support Team, the Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support across the Global Operations division and leading a portfolio of projects to support the Company and Department goals, focusing on cost reduction and operational improvement. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Provides psychosocial services to patients treated by the facility including in-center and home dialysis patients (if applicable) utilizing Social Work Theory of Human Behavior and accepted methods of social work practice. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, informs, educates and supports staff in understanding the emotional, psychological and behavioral impact of Chronic Kidney Disease on the patient and family to ensure comprehensive quality care of our patients. Basic Qualifications BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution. Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authorities and obtains/maintains all state licenses required by dispensing facility. Experience working with confidential information. Willing to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays and/or weekends. Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of computer operating systems, for example: Intercom, Promise, and Plus. Experience in a pharmacy fulfillment center or mail order site. Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
