Required Qualifications: Education & Licensing: - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. - Registered Patent Attorney status with the USPTO (or equivalent foreign registration). Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably with a focus on computer software and hardware. - Demonstrated success in managing a full cycle of patent prosecution including drafting, filing, and prosecution strategies.
