Job Details Core Responsibilities Provide on-site leadership and oversight of daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal project teams to maintain efficient workflow and sequencing. Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or conflicts. Ensure workmanship meets project specifications, drawings, and quality expectations. Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and communication with project stakeholders. Lead project meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety briefings. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage logistics, manpower planning, and project execution strategies. Assist in project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation. Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction. Proven experience managing projects such as commercial interiors, multifamily, healthcare, education, or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel effectively. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools preferred. OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to work on active job sites and adapt to changing project demands. Interested in hearing more?
