All documentation is to be emailed to the Company’s headquarters as soon as this transaction has been made and a representative of the Dealer shall be available by phone to answer any questions the Company may have regarding any such transaction. · Maintain all display portable buildings and inventory in the same condition as when delivered by Company to Dealer, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The portable buildings and all areas surrounding the portable buildings and Dealer's business are to be kept clean and all lawn, landscape and common areas are to be kept in a neat and orderly manner. Dealer may not use any portable building for storage.
