Clinical Supervisor

ChildNet Youth and Family Services is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Program located in Riverside, CA. Inland Empire Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides comprehensive mental health services, including individual/group therapy for at-risk children and their families. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the ongoing training and supervision of the clinicians on their team. This position will also serve as a liaison between administrative staff and clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor must maintain compliance with education and training requirements set forth by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. The Clinical Supervisor will also be required to maintain a caseload of at least two cases. Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide direct supervision of all clinicians assigned to the team, including oversight of clinical and administrative duties. Provide at least one hour of individual supervision with all clinicians weekly. Provide at least one two-hour group supervision to supervisees weekly. If group size exceeds 8 members, the Clinical Supervisor will have two groups weekly. Review paperwork for clinicians, including but not limited to assessments, treatment plan, medical necessity, letters, progress notes, outcome measures, and clinical documentation, to maintain agency, DBH, and evidence-based practice standards if applicable. Collaborate with other ChildNet department supervisors and their staff to ensure clinical chart compliance. Provide oversight to clinicians in maintaining documentation deadlines and productivity requirements. Ensure emergency coverage for client emergencies 24 hours/day, 7days/week.
