Loan products include construction loans, term loans, revolving lines of credit and other commercial debt. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review Loan Approval for all deal terms and requirements and confirm that all terms, requirements, and Borrower information is consistent with term sheet, commitment letter (if applicable), and Loan Closing Documents. Verify customized Loan Closing Documents are complete and accurate according to policies and procedures, and provide comments regarding the documents to bank counsel and the Line of Business as needed.
