Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Business Office Manager: Process Community billing and send monthly statements to Resident/POA. Collections – Process payments each month and follow up on late or incorrect payments from all payors. Maintain documents/data to assist Corporate Accounting in processing Medicaid claims/billing. Interface with staff on time keeping, personnel paperwork, and scheduling. Complete Resident Agreements and maintain Resident/Front Office filing systems. Supervise the day-to-day front office functions of receptionist. Process of Accounts Payables. Coordinate with other departments on coding and processing. Maintain office and computer equipment within policies. Communicate significant issues with Regional BOM. Perform other related duties as assigned. About You: Requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Extensive office experience required. 2 years' previous management experience preferred. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers, residents, family members and business partners. Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office. Ability to make complex decisions requiring a high degree of judgment. Decisions affect the overall operation of the Community. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Using company provided technology, complete various work orders for site maintenance projects as directed by the Community leader. Complete unit turns within as directed by the Community leader. Responsible for the timely completion of work orders within the community, and detailed completion notes documented in the work order tracking system. Responsible for emergency maintenance response within the district which may include on-call rotations. Maintain specific levels of certification as required for the position. Responsible for maintaining the communities within the district to Company standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. About You: You have a minimum of 1 year of prior maintenance experience. You have knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical. You have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. You understand maintenance and repair. You pride yourself on providing a great experience for the resident, from respectful communication to quality and timeliness of repair. You are an adaptable and flexible problem solver. You have good written and verbal communication skills. You are detail oriented with the ability to balance and organize multiple priorities. Physical Demands: Position requires extensive walking, stooping/bending, balancing, kneeling, squatting, and climbing. Requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. Requires talking, seeing, and hearing with reasonable accommodation. Work Environment: Travel between communities within the district may be required, depending on need. Within the Ski Ride School, this individual will create a safe, pleasant, and attentive environment at all times. When interacting with or supervising children, support staff emphasize children’s emotional, physical, and social needs. Perform gear checks to ensure proper fit and condition. Use Flaik, a student GPS tracking system, to monitor lessons and quickly resolve any incidents including missing students or incorrect assignments. Work closely and efficiently with instructors, supervisors, patrol, and lift operations. Maintain and transport Flaik equipment and other guest supplies throughout the day. Follow all procedures and policies for public health and the safety of children and employees including, but not limited to, proper hand washing techniques, dishwashing, sanitization of toys and equipment, sanitation of eating areas. Maintain indoor and outdoor guest-facing and employee areas including set up and take down of fencing, signage or animation; replenish water stations; shovel walkways and decks; inventory supplies and tools. Keep detailed logs and records of all incidents. Report any unsafe conditions and correct if possible. Operate snowmobiles and other over-snow equipment to transport gear and guests. Perform regular checks and minor repairs on all equipment. Work closely with Vehicle Maintenance to ensure all equipment is kept in best working order. Load, ride, unload, and download surface lifts, chair lifts, or gondolas while assisting small children or transporting equipment. Regularly and safely operate surface lifts. Use radios and phones constantly to communicate with staff and guests around the Resort. Set a positive example for other Resort employees and guests. Be knowledgeable about the Ski Ride School and base area. Be aware of area cleanliness and pick up trash. Understand and adhere to all Resort policies and procedures including but not limited to: Personal Identifying Information policies, incident procedures, on-mountain operational procedures, and others. Cross train and be prepared to assist various departments within the Ski Ride School and the Resort. This may include assisting lift operations, guest services, instructor staff, or others.
