About The Role Redaptive seeks an experienced and passionate Enterprise Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce and deep understanding of sales processes. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that optimize sales operations, enhance customer relationship management, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities And Duties Collaborate with sales leadership, business analysts, and IT teams to understand sales processes, challenges, and requirements. Design and architect Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific requirements, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations with other systems. Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, documentation, and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce administrators and developers. Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange applications. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases and trends. Contribute to the development of Redaptive's Salesforce strategy and roadmap. Required Abilities And Skills Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules. Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in a Salesforce administration or development role. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I). Experience working in the energy or sustainability industry. About this position AUG is looking for an administrative consultant to support the front office as well as the Management Team. What you’ll do Administrative support to the Executive Auditor and RPA and to a Principal Specialist, including managing their agenda and coordinating meetings and missions. Provide support coverage for the Executive Auditor’s assistant/RPA. Assist staff with mission coordination, travel preparation, and statement of expenses in Concur.
