State of California: $173,949 - $328,354 State of Colorado: $166,386 - $277,838 State of Illinois: $166,386 - $277,838 State of Massachusetts: $181,512 - $303,096 State of Maryland: $181,512 - $303,096 State of Minnesota: $158,823 - $265,209 The Opportunity As a Principal Consultant, Transactions Advisory Solution, you will have the opportunity to: Provide technical or industry knowledge to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases Demonstrate capabilities with minimal level of oversight from more senior level professionals Contribute to projects that are generally medium to large in size or own a moderate to significant portion of a larger project Lead a medium to large size effort or project team Delegate team work assignments through various phases of an engagement Manage projects from prospect, proposal to client deliverable Likely manage multiple projects at any given time Demonstrate experience with providing independent engineering services, M&A advisory, valuation and other related services supporting clients in transactional due diligence, and managing a team of engineers, managers, consultants, and financial analysts to complete report deliverables Focus on project management and develop sales responsibilities Preferred location for this role is Denver, Chicago, or Gaithersburg.
