This opportunity is based within the outpatient department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital. Position offers full-spectrum family medicine in a welcoming rural community. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with the physician practicing in‑office 4 to 4.5 days per week. In addition to primary care, the facility provides convenient on‑site access to imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and urgent care all located within the same building. The Family Medicine physician will join a collaborative care team consisting of two physicians and three APPs. Unrestricted call is shared among physicians in the network and typically occurs every nine weeks; holiday call is rotated.
