CET leads a ~$0.5B portfolio of transportation electrification (TE) programs to increase the adoption of clean vehicles in California as we work to address one of the largest contributors to climate change – and we need a motivated, organized strategic thinker to help us determine how to expand this portfolio. We serve PG&E’s customers by deploying electric vehicle programs to increase access to charging infrastructure and reduce total cost of electric vehicle ownership, educating our customers and pursuing innovative R&D on the future of transportation electrification, focused on vehicle-grid-integration (VGI). Position Summary CET’s Strategy and Policy (S&P) team creates, tests, and advocates for evidence-based clean energy transportation solutions by spearheading pilot projects, policy frameworks, tailored customer offerings, and stakeholder engagement. Our team develops, iterates, and executes on PG&E’s strategy to connect 3 million electric vehicles (EV) to the grid by 2030 and enabling at least 550 MW of flexible load from VGI applications. To do this, the team is focused on the following five pillars below: Build : reimagining how we build the transmission and distribution grid to enable mass EV adoption, Deploy: strategizing how we can enable and deploy VGI at scale, Invest: identifying how we ensure the state meets ambitious charging infrastructure targets and developing new programs to ensure we invest in all of our communities, Serve: working to serve our EV customers in a way that inspires joy and builds trust; and, Create: creating a repeatable and scalable pathway to enable widespread electrification via partnerships and policy advocacy. The S&P Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on regulatory and policy advocacy and new program development for CET and will set and iterate on the strategic direction for electric vehicles within PG&E, as the lead for PG&E’s EV True North Strategy (TNS). A successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be a self-starter and quick learner and willing to consider industry trends, the regulatory and policy environment, financial impacts, and customer needs as they develop and execute on strategic initiatives for PG&E and our EV customers. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. Preferred work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. This team of forward–thinking individuals will be tasked with deploying technology and infrastructure and influencing the organization to achieve the company’s reliability goals. The team is responsible for implementing programs required to modernize the electric grid allowing for safe, resilient and efficient operations. Position Summary Within the System Performance, Reliability and Resiliency Strategy team, this position reports to the Senior Manager of Reliability Analytics and is responsible for developing advanced data science models and industry-leading anomaly detection techniques to identify potential failures and enhance the reliability of the electric transmission and distribution grid. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing scripts, programs, models, algorithms, and processes using structured and unstructured data from diverse sources and of varying sizes. The goal is to generate defensible, valid, scalable, reproducible, and well-documented machine learning and artificial intelligence models (predictive or optimization) to support problem-solving and strategic decision-making. The role also involves active participation in internal and external communities of practice in data science, AI, and machine learning to stay current and contribute to advancements in the field. Additionally, the candidate will help educate non-technical stakeholders on the benefits, limitations, and maturity of data science solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will be uniquely positioned at the forefront of utility industry analytics. Working as part of cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, technologists, and subject matter experts – this individual will lead the development of data science capabilities that could lead to paradigm changes in how the utility operates. Develops python codes for data processing and data science model developments (e.g., ML/AI models, advanced statistical models) Documents datasets, modeling processes, and result to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and defensibility. Contribute to the development of data science strategies aligned with system performance, reliability, and resiliency team goals. Communicate technical concepts and model results to internal/external stakeholders. Position Summary The CET team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential EV Charging program. The main goal of the program is to make it easier for income-qualified customers to charge their EVs at home through incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions. Additionally, the program aims to provide pathways for customers to install EV charging at their homes while avoiding the need for electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to a list of qualified Trade Allies and provides rebates directly to those partners to allow for a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for the customer upon installation. The successful candidate will also ensure that the key objectives of PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience are integrated into the design and execution of this program. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the program development and implementation, including developing workflows, creating timelines, managing budgets, tracking metrics and progress toward program goals Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders Manage contracts to meet goals and stay on budget Handle regulatory compliance and reporting, including regulatory reporting to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) or the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Make recommendations and develop processes to ensure a positive customer experience The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management within regulated environments (e.g. CPUC, CARB), excels at problem solving, and can communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences. The Opportunity: The Global PCG Marketing Digital Media Operations Associate works in the office and helps drive workflow efficiency and campaign execution across global digital marketing efforts, including creative and budget operations, reporting to the Global Digital Media Team Lead. This role supports day-to-day operations such as creative deployment, project timeline coordination, and budget tracking, along with additional responsibilities to support team goals. The Day-to-Day: Own task execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign timelines. Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for leadership review. Collaborate with leadership and other marketing teams such as media, Analytics & Operations, creative, Strategy and Planning and Finance to support various projects. Process various sources of data, creative assets, and financial information. Support creative development and execution by managing ticket workflows and organizing campaign assets. Manage the digital team's invoice lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing across 140 accounts globally. Work onsite, under guidance, in a team-based and open office environment Support the maintenance and updating of policies and procedures as workflow evolves. Develop foundational account management skills and provide operations support across global partners including Meta, LinkedIn, Google. Support the launch of new campaigns and ads, including managing timelines and launch calendars, ad trafficking and quality assurance. Refine documentation for new partnership onboarding. Contribute to workflow improvement initiatives in partnership with management. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. At least 1 year of professional experience in a same/similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment. Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (data organization, basic analysis) Compensation: $55,000- $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
