Our team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help us deliver excellent streaming experiences for Hulu, Disney and ESPN as a developer of our web-based JavaScript player. Our team is responsible for playback across many devices including browsers, televisions, gaming consoles, and set-top boxes. You will have the opportunity to lead in the design and implementation of our cross-platform JavaScript player that runs Disney, Hulu and ESPN on these devices. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who has video player and cross platform development experience. Excellent fluency in JavaScript and web development is required. You should have a passion for coding and debugging hard problems, and an eagerness to help us deliver seamless video to our subscribers. Being a Senior engineer, you will get to own large features, lead the technical direction of our work, and mentor and provide technical expertise to other engineers. You will work closely with other technical teams in the application layer and backend video services to deliver features. The goal is to generate defensible, valid, scalable, reproducible, and well-documented machine learning and artificial intelligence models (predictive or optimization) to support problem-solving and strategic decision-making. The role also involves active participation in internal and external communities of practice in data science, AI, and machine learning to stay current and contribute to advancements in the field. Additionally, the candidate will help educate non-technical stakeholders on the benefits, limitations, and maturity of data science solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will be uniquely positioned at the forefront of utility industry analytics. Overview As the Senior Manager, Partner Implementation , you are the architect of our implementation engine. You will lead a specialized team of Partner Implementation Consultants (PICs) who serve as the technical backbone for our Value Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem. Your mission is to move beyond individual builds to create a scalable, high-velocity onboarding machine. You are responsible for the technical integrity of our partner network, ensuring that every VAR is capable of delivering "white-glove" IES implementations. By managing escalation architecture and "complexity matching," you ensure that the most difficult technical migrations are met with the highest level of expertise. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Technical Depth: Build and lead a team of elite technical implementors. You are responsible for their continuous technical upskilling, ensuring the team stays ahead of the IES roadmap and complex accounting logic.
