Summary: The Staff Nurse Resource Pool II provides nursing care requiring specialized knowledge judgment and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences. The Staff Nurse Resource Pool II will be expected to provide clinical nursing care on multiple units/locations based on the needs of the units. Responsibilities: 1. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and directs nursing care with a focus on family centered care for individuals or groups of patients within the assigned scope of practice. 2. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age and developmental status is required. 3. PRN Night shift 7pm-7:30am onsite Summary: The Supervisor Patient Care is responsible for nursing operations and patient care delivery across multiple units during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for staffing management and coordination among hospital departments.
