More about our team Our 9 bed emergency room (ER) team is staffed 24/7 with emergency physicians, nurses and staff who are trained in providing emergency care. Our team combines advanced training with compassionate service to be ready for you or your family when you need it the most. Our Emergency Room works alongside our Behavioral Health unit to provide crises evaluations (i.e. suicidal patients, detoxing patients, bipolar disorders, etc.). How you'll contribute An Emergency Services Clinical Coordinator (RN) who excels in this role: Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations. Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow. Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Monitors departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements. Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on-call.
