Coordinate patient care planning with other disciplines and communicate updates to ensure smooth patient flow. Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments per facility policy, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Determine nursing priorities based on patients’ physical and psychosocial needs. Monitor patients’ condition and respond quickly and accurately to changes, including communicating with physicians regarding status changes and diagnostic results. Administer medications safely using the medication rights and support patient/family teaching and education. Assist with procedures and treatments within your scope of licensure, including supporting cardiac monitoring/ACLS-based responses as applicable. What You Need Required Current RN license Ability to perform and reassess head-to-toe patient assessments Demonstrated medication safety practices (including adherence to “six medication rights”) Ability to work independently in a small/rural setting and manage fast-paced, stressful situations Preferred Rural experience (preferred) Experience working across Emergency Room / Med-Surg / PCU settings (preferred, based on assignment needs) About the Assignment This opportunity is for a Perm RN position supporting a very small unit/facility in Claremont, NH.
