Job Description Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $75,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) Position Summary Southern Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee plumbing operations on multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and materials, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. The ideal candidate is a hands-on plumbing leader with multifamily construction experience who thrives in the field, understands project scheduling and production demands, and can effectively manage subcontractors, materials, and jobsite operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
