Operate CNC machines using Siemens 840D controls. Perform complex machining work on precision aerospace components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and setup documentation. Complete machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality. Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools to confirm tolerances and customer specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues related to setup, tooling, programs, feeds, speeds, and machine performance. Partner with programming, quality, and production teams to improve cycle times, accuracy, and repeatability. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with shop standards.
