Position Description Support the organization’s mission to provide superior quality, lasting value, and outstanding customer service through the day-to-day workflow processes that affect the organization. The Director of Sales will provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales, marketing and sales support teams. Essential Duties and Tasks Develops, mentors, and supports all Owner and Elite Sales team members and managers in each job related function while providing clear expectations for execution. Provides leadership and positive influence for daily operations. Directs and strategizes with peers to ensure each objective is accomplished while adhering to all policies and procedures. Inspects and monitors the attitude, behavior and processes of the Sales team. Assists with the facilitation of training curriculum and conducts evaluations of Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. Consistently analyzes performance and develops action plans for improvement and holds the Sales team accountable to follow the agreed upon expectations. Partners with peers to ensure established processes are being executed. Delivers management training curriculum. Assists in the implementation and operation of sales motivation contests and special events/meeting assignments. Ensures seamless communication with peers and identifies areas of improvement from Owner and guest Vacation Profile trends, secret shopper transcripts, and constant review of key reports. Shares in the responsibility for the overall appearance of Sales Center and Sales Presentation materials. Assists all Team Members in the Sales & Marketing Operations to ensure all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner. Directly involved in securing the sale and initiating the purchase process. Assists in recruiting and participates in the interview process for all Sales related positions. Participates/assists with special projects as assigned. Performs all other responsibilities deemed necessary by the Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing that are deemed instrumental to a successful sales operation.
