Our practice offers a diverse and well-balanced mix of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, with a high volume of elective breast surgery, breast reconstruction, gender-affirming top surgery, and body contouring procedures. All current partners are fellowship-trained microsurgeons. While the ideal candidate should be comfortable evaluating and rounding on free flap patients, performance of microsurgery is not expected unless the candidate has completed fellowship training. Our practice supports a robust microsurgical breast reconstruction program, including lymphatic reconstruction, with dedicated operating room block time and an experienced microsurgical support team. Call responsibilities are shared evenly among all plastic surgeons and include general plastic surgery consultations, mild to moderate burn care, and reconstructive referrals from our surgical colleagues.
