Participate in project planning, scheduling, and design phase coordination. Support design-build and modular/offsite construction workflows. Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases. Assist with resolving field issues, RFIs, and design modifications. Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulatory requirements, and internal engineering standards. Implement quality assurance and quality control processes for engineering deliverables. Identify opportunities for system standardization and continuous improvement. Support development of engineering documentation, specifications, and design libraries. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, clients, contractors, and external engineering partners. Participate in design reviews and technical presentations with stakeholders. Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline. 8 years of experience in MEP engineering, building systems design, or related field. 3 years of leadership or team management experience. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, power distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems. Experience supporting design-build, industrial, healthcare, or commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred. Experience in modular, offsite, or prefabricated construction environments. Experience with healthcare or mission-critical facility design. Familiarity with commissioning processes and building performance validation. Experience working with BIM and building systems modeling tools. Experience leading engineering teams supporting manufacturing or production environments.
