Schedule & Work Core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Coverage required between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with flexibility as needed Fully on-site role in a professional, business-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Front-of-House Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 guest services professionals, including receptionists and lobby ambassadors Oversee daily operations across multiple reception areas (3 primary floors) Ensure a consistently polished, professional, and welcoming environment Manage conference rooms, meeting spaces, and private dining operations Oversee the planning and execution of high-volume meetings and onsite events Partner closely with onsite catering and third-party food & beverage teams Serve as a key onsite contact for executives and internal stakeholders Deliver a frictionless, high-touch experience for internal and external clients Respond to issues with urgency, professionalism, and ownershipImplement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency Elevate the overall workplace experience to white-glove standards Required Experience 5 years of experience in: Corporate hospitality Workplace experience or conference center operations Experience in a Fortune 500 corporate environment (required) Proven leadership managing 10 direct reports Strong experience supporting high-volume, executive-facing environments (1,000 employees preferred) Background in financial services, investment banking, or professional services Experience with conference room management systems (Condeco/Eptura, EMS, Robin, etc.) Experience partnering with catering or food & beverage teams Company Description The professional staffing division of EmployBridge, America's Leading Workforce Specialist: When our Talent is looking for their next opportunity, we know they are not just looking for their next paycheck.
