The Opportunity As a CDL Driver at HFA, you will safely deliver perishable food products to customer locations across O‘ahu while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. What You’ll Do Deliver perishable food products to customer accounts across O‘ahu Verify product counts, invoices, credits, and delivery discrepancies Operate delivery equipment including lift gates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain DOT, OSHA, and company safety compliance standards Safely operate 26-foot straight trucks and other commercial vehicles Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, warehouse teams, and management Participate in food safety, safety, and operational training programs What We’re Looking For Valid Class A or B CDL License Valid PUC Medical Certificate Clean and verifiable driving record Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends Knowledge of local O‘ahu delivery routes and driving conditions Experience operating 26-foot straight trucks preferred Comfortable working in tight delivery spaces and active warehouse environments Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, push, and pull products safely throughout the shift HFA is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
