File pleadings with Arizona Superior Courts (including e-filing) and monitor case status. Track and manage all case deadlines, including discovery and litigation deadlines, statutory deadlines, reporting requirements, and court orders. Communicate with clients, witnesses, attorneys, court personnel, physicians, fiduciaries, and care facilities. Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearings as needed. Qualifications A certificate of completion from a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of pre-litigation and litigation paralegal experience (probate preferred). Substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure. Specific knowledge and experience with the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, and Arizona Revised Statutes titles 14, 36, and 46 is ideal, but not required. Strong drafting and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Arizona e-filing systems. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cases simultaneously. Professional demeanor and sensitivity when working with vulnerable populations. Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and experience with Amicus Attorney preferred, but not required.
