CRNAs at Lexington Health provide anesthesia services for all patients from birth through geriatrics. Anesthesia services are provided for all types of patients incorporating pre-anesthesia, intra-op anesthesia, post-anesthesia, and emergency airway intervention. Position Highlights: Sign-on Bonus of $50,000 with a 24-month commitment. No overnight call - On call only three weekends per year .
