The Role We are hiring Mobile Diesel Technicians across multiple states in the Southeast. This role is for technicians who: Prefer working independently Thrive outside of a traditional shop Are comfortable handling road calls and field repairs You will operate a fully equipped service truck and perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Compensation This is a performance-based (flat rate) role . $32 – $45 per hour (based on experience & performance) Technicians earning 110% – 185% of base pay Pay guarantee - depending upon performance Your income is driven by your efficiency, skill, and work ethic.
