Job Description Kettering Health seeks a mid-career level cardiothoracic surgeon, interested in leadership, to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Kettering Healths cardiothoracic surgery group is a leading practice in Dayton, Ohio. Our program conducts approximately 600 open heart surgeries and 180 thoracic cases annually. Our group focuses on cardiac and thoracic surgery. We also offer specialized programs, including TAVR, MitraClip for structural heart procedures, and ECMO. Anticipating LVAD/mechanical assist device program launching in 2027.
