Job Description We are seeking dedicated and collaborative Hospitalists to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center with strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists, offering flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency. Position Highlights: Schedule: Flexible block scheduling (primarily 7 on / 7 off) Annual Shifts: 182 shifts per year, including a minimum of 2 weekends per month Shift rotation: 7pm - 5am, 9p -7a Team structure: 1 swing physician (2p-12a), 3 in-house physicians nightly for cross-coverage, admissions, and rapid responses (MRT) Patient load: cross coverage of approximately 230-240 patients (team based), Average of 7-8 admissions per physician per night Clinical Environment: Closed ICU model and Codes run by the ICU team Level I Trauma Center with full in-house specialty support Clearly defined service line agreements with specialists No required procedures Optional non-procedural POCUS training (CME-supported) Technology & Efficiency: Utilize advanced AI-powered tools such as Regard and DAX Copilot to streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiency allowing you to focus more on patient care.
