Store received items following the distribution department's procedures after inspection. Label items accurately with part numbers, barcodes, descriptions, carton numbers, and other required information. Pack items in cartons according to instructions and verify outgoing shipments meet customer specifications for labels, packaging, and carrier. Double-check all items staged for shipment to confirm accuracy before they go out the door. Ship orders using the SX system. Operate a forklift or hand truck to move shipments between the shipping and receiving platform and storage or work areas. Assemble wooden or cardboard containers as needed. Route items received to the appropriate departments. Keep the warehouse neat, organized, and safe. Participate in inventory cycle counting. Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
