Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders. Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and other treatments to manage eye conditions. Perform surgical procedures, including cataract removal and glaucoma treatments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of an Ophthalmology residency program. Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology. Valid state medical license. Experience in performing ophthalmic surgeries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
