Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and provide continuous care to medically complex hospital inpatients. Order or interpret the results of tests such as laboratory tests and radiographs (x-rays). Admit and discharge patients for hospital stays, refer patients to medical specialists, social services, or other professionals as appropriate, and participate in continuing education activities to maintain or enhance knowledge and skills. Direct or support quality improvement projects or safety programs. Provide a minimum of 50 hours a year of teaching medical students, interns, and residents. Qualifications MD/DO or foreign equivalent degree. Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine. Massachusetts medical license. Compensation Salary: $263,250 - $263,251 per year. Your role will involve coaching, training, and advising teams and leadership on Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance Agile adoption and measure its effectiveness.
