This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical/software solutions for aerospace systems, ensuring they meet stringent safety, performance, and reliability standards. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical system expertise, a background in aerospace or embedded systems, and experience working within regulatory and quality frameworks such AS9100. Key Responsibilities Implement new products and testing equipment and procedures for aerospace systems. Improve existing testing and equipment implementation. Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers to define requirements and electrical/software architecture. Perform rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and system-level verification. Support certification efforts through documentation, ATP’s, traceability, and compliance audits. Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing electrical designs and software for performance and reliability. Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and technical presentations. And other duties as assigned based on company needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. 10 years of experience in Electrical test development, preferably in aerospace or embedded systems.
