The LPN is responsible for the administration of medications and treatment. The LPN works with and supervises the Resident Assistants/Personal Care Attendants on all Resident Care. Works closely with all departments and staff, sensitizing them to residents’ health matters in general and specific health concerns to individual residents. With other licensed staff, writes weekly/ monthly summaries as assigned, addressing specifically the problems individual residents.
