In this role, you will work closely with customer engineering teams to integrate into their EDA workflows, help them realize tangible productivity gains, and ensure a successful deployment. You will serve as the technical bridge between their customers and internal product and engineering teams, shaping the future of AI-driven EDA. You must know the flows end-to-end to solve problems by yourself, while collaborating with the engineering and sales team. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor to key semiconductor customers throughout the adoption journey. Deployments of their AI solutions. Understand customers' EDA toolchains and workflows (e.g., RTL design, functional verification, simulation) and tailor the integration accordingly. Provide technical support, training, and best practices to maximize customer success. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development. Create technical collateral (application notes, deployment guides, tutorials) to scale customer success. Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience and long-term engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2 years of experience in RTL design, functional verification, or EDA application engineering. Familiarity with EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys VCS, Cadence Xcelium, Siemens Questa, linting, CDC analysis) and RTL languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog). Strong communication and customer-facing skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working directly with enterprise customers or large engineering teams is a plus. Role Overview As an Application Engineer (AE) you will be the primary technical contact for enterprise customers evaluating and deployments. Qualifications B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2 years hands-on experience in RTL design, functional verification, or EDA application engineering; strong command of Verilog/SystemVerilog and common verification methodologies (UVM, lint, CDC). AI/ML interest: Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-driven automation in design/verification is highly desirable. Customer-facing skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities; proven record of supporting or selling to enterprise engineering teams. Self-starter: Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision.
