Accommodations Housekeeping starting at $16.00

Overview: The Accommodations Housekeeper is responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest lodging. You are the "behind-the-scenes hero" who ensures that when a family opens their cabin or hotel room door, it smells fresh and looks spotless. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Room Preparation: Clean, scrub, dust, and vacuum guest units (hotel rooms, cabins, and RVs) to meet Six Flags "check-in ready" standards. Bedding & Linens: Strip dirty linens and towels, remake beds with fresh sheets, and restock bathrooms with clean towels and amenities. Sanitization: Clean kitchenettes (where applicable), bathroom fixtures, and structural surfaces (window sills, vents, and wall decorations). Trash & Waste: Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas. Supply Management: Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked, organized, and tidy throughout the shift. Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a smile and assist with basic requests (e.g., bringing extra pillows or towels). Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any room damage or necessary repairs (leaky faucets, broken lights) to the Maintenance team. Qualifications: Requirements & Qualifications Age: Must be at least 18 years old Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, repeatedly bend, kneel, and lift/carry up to 25–50 lbs . Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays (peak check-in/out times). Skills: No previous experience is required (paid training is provided), but a "keen eye for detail" and a positive attitude are essential. Transportation: For campground housekeeping, the ability to operate a golf cart is often required (requires a valid driver’s license).

Admissions Team Member

Overview: $13/hour Positions also available for 14/15 year olds. At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as an Admissions Team Member, you’ll greet guests upon entry to the park in a professional and courteous manner. You’ll also… Initiate conversation and maintain proper eye contact with the guests when providing relevant information regarding rides, attractions, and special events. Explain various ticket and season pass purchase options and policies. Assist with resolving guest conflicts in a polite and professional manner. Take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and complaints. Service guests by using a touchscreen computer to sell park admission and other add-on products. Seasonal Security Guard at $18.00

Overview: Rule breakers better watch out when you’re on our security team. You’ll spend the summer patrolling parking lots and controlling metal detectors, checking everything from guests’ bags to employee badges. You’ll protect our people and our property – all while securing valuable law experience and rewarding benefits. Responsibilities: Interact with guests providing directions and assistance Protect employees, guests, and company property Enforce park policies Control park access, checking vehicle permits and scanning ID badges for team members, vendors, and contractors Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the park Keep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areas Greet and screen entering through metal detection and check their bags for prohibited items Rapidly respond to active alarms, first aid, and other emergency situations Monitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalism Maintain ride queue lines, sending line jumpers to the back to ensure an efficient boarding process Write detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security records Apprehend violators, including on-foot pursuits when necessary Escort guests and team members as needed for assistance and protection Qualifications: Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety Strong attention to detail Enforce all park policies and procedures Cautious and reliable Remain calm in emergency situations
