Experience of at least 1 year and/or degree is preferred. Duties and responsibilities of the job include: Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications and work orders to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding Lay out, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, and tape measure. This role ensures that all HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support critical production processes, environmental controls, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily HVAC maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, exhaust systems, cleanrooms, and process ventilation systems. Ensure proper environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality, pressure differentials) for production areas and controlled environments. Collaborate with engineering, operations, EHS, and facility teams to support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations. Oversee HVAC-related capital projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
