About The Position This role is part of the BD department and will hunt for new opportunities, demonstrate a passion for our mission, and leverage strong writing skills and financial acumen to develop, analyze, and improve performance. Ability to manage and maintain pre‑existing relationships with a network of progressive allied organizations and Democratic media consultants. Commitment to progressive values and adherence to high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Google Apps, and Microsoft Office. Ability to drive new revenue by developing relationships outside DSPolitical’s current client base and strengthening existing client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The physiatrist will primarily care for patients with back and neck pain, musculoskeletal problems, and acute / chronic spine disorders. Must be able to provide comprehensive clinical care management and trained in fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided procedures, including epidural, facet, and sacroiliac joint injections. The physiatrist will work closely with a multidisciplinary spine care team and departments with a focus on non‑operative treatments such as physical and occupational therapy. This position will be expected to participate in educational, research, and administrative activities associated with their academic appointment and related area of expertise. Some on call responsibility and participation in quality improvement projects is required. Must have a strong interest in academic medicine to advance our research, education, and clinical activities.
