Technician electrical or electronics

Job Description Job Description Do you know your way around an aircraft wiring harness like the back of your hand? We’re looking for a skilled technician who can take a stack of electrical schematics and turn them into perfectly built, neatly routed wiring systems. This isn’t just a "plug-in" job—we need someone who can build from scratch, mount the hardware, and troubleshoot like a pro. What you’ll be doing: Building from scratch: You’ll be looking at engineering drawings and schematics to build wiring harnesses and test boxes from the ground up. The "Rack" Work: You’ll be routing those harnesses through large electronics racks and hooking them up to rear disconnect panels. It needs to be clean, functional, and precise. Mechanical Setup: You’ll use your hands-on mechanical skills to actually mount the gear and equipment into the racks. Problem Solving: You aren’t just building; you’re diagnosing. If something isn’t working, you’ll figure out why and fix it. What we’re looking for: Aircraft & Military Specs: You MUST have specific experience building aircraft harnesses and working with military-grade wiring and connectors. Schematic Reader: You can look at a complex electrical drawing and understand exactly what needs to happen without someone holding your hand. Lab/Shop Experience: You’ve spent plenty of time in a manufacturing or lab environment and know the tools of the trade. Troubleshooting: You have a "detective" mindset when it comes to electrical issues—if there’s a glitch, you’ll find it. The Vibe: We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient. While you’ll be part of a team supporting a System Integration Lab, we need you to be able to handle the fabrication and installation with limited guidance. If you’re good with your hands, great with a schematic, and have the aircraft experience we need, we want to talk to you!
